LeadsRx End-of-Life Notice
Dear LeadsRx Customer,
We are writing to share an important update regarding the LeadsRx platform.
After careful evaluation, Unbounce has made the decision to begin the end-of-life (EOL) process for LeadsRx service. The platform is scheduled to be fully discontinued on October 30, 2026 (the “End-of-Life Date”).
This decision was not made lightly. LeadsRx has supported many organizations with multi-touch attribution and analytics, and we are proud of the value it has delivered. However, maintaining the platform at the level required—particularly with respect to security, infrastructure, and operational complexity—now requires investment that is no longer aligned with our long-term product direction. As a result, we will be sunsetting the LeadsRx service in a structured and predictable manner.
What this means for you

LeadsRx will remain operational through October 30, 2026.

You will continue to have access to your account and data during this period.

No new product features will be developed.

Engineering efforts will focus on essential maintenance, stability, and required security updates.

We will provide documentation and tools to support customer data exports and transition planning.

You will need to remove the LeadsRx Universal Pixel and conversion scripts from your website by 10/30/26 to prevent unnecessary slowdowns on your site from unused pixels.
An updated End-of-Life Terms of Service has been issued for LeadsRx. These Terms supersede and replace all existing order forms, MSAs, and related agreements and will govern use of the service through the End-of-Life Date.

1. Why is LeadsRx being discontinued?
Unbounce has made the decision to retire the platform due to evolving product priorities and the increasing operational and security investment required to maintain the service. Continuing to operate LeadsRx is no longer aligned with Unbounce’s long-term product strategy.
2. When will LeadsRx be shut down?
LeadsRx will be fully discontinued on October 30, 2026 (the End-of-Life Date). All customer access to the platform will end on that date.
3. Will the platform continue to work during the EOL period?
Yes. LeadsRx will remain available and fully functional through October 30, 2026. Customers may continue to access the platform and export data during this time, subject to the End-of-Life Terms of Service.
4. Will LeadsRx still receive updates?
No new product features will be released. During the EOL period, LeadsRx will focus on:

6. What do I need to do right now?
No immediate action is required.
We recommend beginning migration planning well in advance of the End-of-Life Date to ensure a smooth transition. Guidance and documentation is available to support this process.
7. Will I be able to export all my historical data?
Yes. Customers may export their data at any time prior to October 30, 2026.
We will provide:

Documentation on csv and API exporting methods

Developer API instructions for attribution, conversion, and reporting data

Advance notice of any export-related deadlines
Customers are responsible for completing all data exports before the End-of-Life Date.
8. Can LeadsRx recommend replacement platforms?
LeadsRx will provide general migration guidance and considerations. We will not recommend or endorse a specific replacement vendor, as attribution and analytics requirements vary by organization
9. What happens to my contract?
LeadsRx has issued updated End-of-Life Terms of Service that supersedes and replaces all existing agreements related to LeadsRx.
All subscriptions will automatically terminate on October 30, 2026, and no renewals or extensions beyond that date will be offered.
10. What happens to my data after shutdown?
After October 30, 2026:

All customer access to the LeadsRx platform will end.

Customers will no longer be able to retrieve data from the platform.

Customer data will be retained only as required by law and then securely deleted in accordance with LeadsRx’s data retention and destruction policies.
Customers will receive advance reminders prior to shutdown to ensure sufficient opportunity to export data.
