We are part of a community

LeadsRx is a technology company with the goal of helping our customers increase marketing performance by more effectively and efficiently reaching their target audiences and, therefore, improve top- and bottom-line growth.

But we’re humans first. We are part of a community. Specifically, we are a part of the greater Portland, Oregon, metropolitan region where the LeadsRx headquarters is based. But our reach goes farther. We support our local community, as well as our far-reaching customer community – particularly our non-profit customers doing great work for those in need across the U.S. and the around the globe.

It’s why we have created the LeadsRx Community Impact Program. We want to share a small fraction of our profits, product, and time – 1% of each, to be exact – to make a real impact on causes that are helping people.

Our 1% Pledge to Make an Impact

There are so many organizations doing amazing things to help those in need. We’re here to support select charities with direct company and employee donations, product discounts, and employee volunteerism. Here’s how it works:

1% of Profit – LeadsRx leadership, with input from the entire company workforce, selects 3 to 5 charities annually to receive a share of 1% of our profits. In addition, we match employee contributions to charities of their choice, up to $500 per year.

1% of Product – LeadsRx is growing its list of non-profit organizations using our technology to increase the effectiveness of their outreach to individual and corporate donors, volunteers, and other resource-rich partnerships. We offer steep discounts on product licensing to our non-profit customers so they can put more of their resources toward helping those who need their services.

1% of Time – We’re not afraid of a little elbow grease, especially if it benefits our community in a meaningful way. Either as a collective LeadsRx group for our Portland-based employees, or on an individual basis for our remote employees scattered across the U.S., we provide paid time off for employees to volunteer for causes near and dear to them.

Indeed, giving back makes us feel good. More importantly, it is the right thing to do. We are supporting our communities, our customers, and our employees who support us.
