We are happy to be included in Inc. magazine’s list of Best Workplaces for 2021, a designation that AJ Brown, CEO and co-founder of LeadsRx, is proud of, yet not surprised by.
“The recognition among Inc.’s Best Places to Work is testament to the perseverance and resilience of LeadsRx employees during a very challenging time in our lives,” AJ said. “We are committed to supporting our employees and their families to give back for what they have put into building a strong corporate culture and in providing superior customer service to LeadsRx customers worldwide.”
AJ cited a 44% increase in business over 2019, despite the challenges of 2020, and he credits LeadsRx employees for the success and growth. Serving more than 5,000 customers and having collected more than 2 billion personas to power its ID graphing capability, LeadsRx helps advertising and marketing agencies and local and global brands and companies identify their customers’ paths to purchase.
LeadsRx is proud to be a part of the Portland, Oregon, business community and also takes pride in supporting its employees and the communities in which they live – remote employees are dotted across the country.
The company has long supported charitable organizations, encouraged volunteerism by its employees, and matched employee donations to causes of their choice. Four charities currently receive support from LeadsRx, including:
- Children International
- Susan G. Komen Foundation
- American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
- The Humane Society of The United States.
LeadsRx recently launched the LeadsRx Community Impact Program offering non-profits a steep discount on its marketing technology platform, as well as sharing a portion of its profits to support non-profits. The company continues to match employees’ contributions to non-profits of their choosing, as well as provide paid time off to volunteer to causes important to them.
LeadsRx is helping improve the performance of non-profits marketing to garner more donations, cultivate more volunteers, and get more bang for their advertising to educate the public, philanthropists and corporations about their work.
